Victor joined Hansen Partnership in 2020 after completing a Master’s in Urban Planning and Environment at RMIT University. His academic experience encompassed a broad range of urban planning disciplines, including strategic planning, statutory planning, urban design, urban economics, spatial development, and planning history.
With a background in climatology, geography, and environmental sustainability, Victor is committed to delivering urban planning solutions that enhance social, economic, and environmental outcomes. His expertise allows him to approach projects with a holistic perspective, aiming to balance growth with sustainability.
At Hansen, Victor supports the Planning Team by conducting policy research, assessing planning risks, managing development applications, and preparing detailed planning reports.
