We’re seeking a motivated and capable Urban Planner to join our team. This is a hands-on opportunity to work directly with our Managing Director and alongside a collaborative, multidisciplinary team. You’ll contribute to a range of urban, regional and growth area projects, with meaningful involvement in community activation, alternative and social housing, and sustainability-focused initiatives.

We’re looking for someone who is technically strong, team-oriented and aligned with our values. Someone who brings a high level of professionalism, communicates thoughtfully, and is motivated to do great work – both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

What we’re looking for:

• A minimum of a Bachelor of Urban Planning or relevant qualification
• Preferably at least 12 months of professional statutory planning experience
• A strong portfolio of planning project work
• An interest in community-led outcomes, social and affordable housing, and sustainable development
• A collaborative, proactive and thoughtful approach
• High professional standards, with a willingness to keep learning and growing
