Molly O’Bryan is a Senior Planner with experience across both Local and State Government, bringing a strong understanding of statutory planning, development assessment and the broader planning system. Her experience includes working on complex development and land use applications across a range of sectors, as well as experience in representing Local and State Government at VCAT.

At Hansen, Molly brings a collaborative and considered approach to her work, with a particular interest in social justice, urban planning and projects that deliver meaningful outcomes for communities. She is passionate about social and affordable housing, alternative housing models and best-practice sustainability, and is keen to continue developing her VCAT advocacy experience. Molly holds a qualification from RMIT University.
