Our Urban Planning team recently collaborated with ONA Coffee, a specialty coffee roaster located on Ovens Street in Brunswick, Melbourne. Positioned alongside Ovens Street Bakery and near Sydney Road and Nightingale Village, ONA Coffee contributes to the growing vibrancy and activation of the precinct.

Designed by Breathe Architecture, we assisted ONA Coffee in navigating the approvals process through a combination of VicSmart and discreet town planning permissions. This approach minimised risk and reduced project timelines, allowing construction to proceed while the use was approved. ONA Coffee is now a key part of the local area, enhancing its character and appeal.
