Supporting Molly Rose Brewing’s vision, our Urban Planning team secured planning approvals in 2018, enabling the establishment of their bar at 279 Wellington Street, Collingwood, Melbourne.

Fast forward to 2021, we assisted with their expansion into two adjoining sites, adding a beer garden and additional dining areas.

We navigated challenges including acoustics, heritage constraints, traffic, waste management, flooding, and community objections, ensuring the project’s success. It’s been a rewarding experience working with the team at Molly Rose Brewing as they continue to create spaces that bring people together.
