Paying tribute to the owner’s grandmother Vera, this award-winning Hotel blends historical charm with contemporary sophistication.

Having once served as a medical centre, our planning team helped overcome various challenges associated with heritage preservation, new additions as well as parking logistics within the scope of the town planning approval for the site.

Also it’s fantastic to have helped deliver the new restaurant ‘Underbar’, for the local Ballarat and broader tourism community. Can’t wait to check it out.
