From our foundation 29 years ago by Roz Hansen, we continue to recognise the significance of International Women’s Day and the women across our practice who contribute their ideas, skills and leadership to who we are and how we work.

This week, we’ve shared a photo of some of the team in the office, but we’re equally celebrating those who are elsewhere doing things just as important, on projects, with family, studying, or just needing flexibility to balance busy and important demands.

We wish to recognise the many ways our team contributes to the practice – whether as working parents, part-time staff, emerging professionals or long-standing leaders.
