North Bellarine Aquatic Centre
We are pleased to have secured town planning approval for a new leisure and aquatic centre for the City of Greater Geelong.
Designed by Mantric Architecture, the North Bellarine Aquatic Centre will form part of the wider Drysdale Regional Community & Cultural Hub precinct development. The new centre is expected to be a year-round focus for local school and community groups. We very much look forward to visiting the finished project over the warmer months.
The leisure and aquatic elements are a timely delivery of Stage 1 of the North Bellarine Aquatic Centre. These were election commitments of Councillors, with further investment and Stages to follow. The planning process required navigating a range of internal authorities and departments to ensure an efficient and transparent process.
