He’s worked on a variety of 3D rendering projects, including both commercial and residential buildings, as well as public and private spaces. His contributions have helped shape various design projects across South Eastern Australia and Victoria.
With over four years of international experience in landscape architecture, Charlie specialises in urban renewal, energy projects, and site remediation. With a Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture from RMIT University, Melbourne, Charlie joined the Hansen team in 2023, fueled by a passion for sustainable outdoor spaces.
Charlie merges art and landscape design to create visually appealing, eco-friendly urban landscapes. His strengths lie in transforming urban environments into revitalised, energy-efficient spaces, enhancing living conditions.

Alireza is a skilled 3D Visualiser with experience in urban design and planning, both in Australia and internationally. With a multi-disciplinary background, he is proficient in 3D visualisation, urban design, and planning, making him well-equipped to contribute to both public and private sector projects. His broad expertise allows him to effectively analyse and determine the dynamics of urban developments, driving successful outcomes in design and visualisation tasks.
At Hansen, Alireza has worked on a range of urban design projects, including visual impact assessments, 3D modelling, photomontages, and viewshed mapping. His experience spans various urban scales and contexts, further enriched by his extensive international work in the Middle East. Alireza’s growth as a professional has been shaped by his academic studies, practical project involvement, and mentorship of design students at the university level.
With his expertise in 3D visualisation and urban design, Alireza plays a key role in enhancing the visual and spatial understanding of projects, making complex concepts accessible and ensuring that design outcomes are both creative and contextually responsive.
Adam is an Urban Design Assistant with a qualification in Built Environment Studies, which he completed at Breda University of Applied Science in the Netherlands. Drawing on first-hand experience living in some of Europe’s best-designed urban environments, Adam brings a sensitivity to the relationship between design, mobility, and the public realm.
At Hansen Partnership, Adam supports the Urban Design team through the preparation of design documentation, analysis, mapping, and diagrammatic content, informed by his background in urban design, spatial planning, and transport studies.
Matilda is an Urban Planner at Hansen Partnership, having recently completed her Master of Urban Planning and Environment at RMIT.
With over five years of experience in the arts and cultural sector, particularly working with public and not-for-profit organisations, Matilda made the transition into urban planning to explore her passion for cities and the way communities live and interact.
She is drawn to urban planning’s multidisciplinary approach and is particularly interested in how it can support community wellbeing and create sustainable, thriving environments. Matilda is dedicated to bringing her diverse background and fresh perspective to urban planning projects across Melbourne, contributing to the development of spaces that enhance quality of life for residents and visitors alike.
