We’re thrilled to share some exciting news. Damian Iles, formerly a Director of Planning in Development Advisory, will now be stepping into his new role as Managing Director after more than 23 years with Hansen.

Damian’s leadership, dedication, and ability to foster a supportive and collaborative environment have helped shape Hansen’s culture. Now, with fresh energy and a renewed focus, Damian is focused on shaping Hansen as a forward-thinking practice of industry experts and emerging thought leaders.
