We’re pleased once again to participate in the Open House Melbourne Weekend, showcasing our Heller Street Park and Residences project in Brunswick among this year’s program.

Hansen Managing Director Damian Iles and Six Degrees Director James Legge will lead a “From Tip to Homes: Heller Street, Brunswick” tour, reflecting on the site’s transformation from a former tip to a model example of community-focused infill housing. The tour will explore the site’s layered history, design approach, and legacy, as well as access the project ideology by opening up one of the homes.

To mark the occasion, we’re releasing a three-part video series, Stories of the City – 1 Heller Street, Brunswick, featuring conversations with Damian and James. The series covers the project’s inception, design thinking, and long-term impact.
