We were pleased to have once again participated in the Open House Melbourne Weekend, showcasing our Heller Street Park and Residences project in Brunswick as part of the program.

Hansen Managing Director Damian Iles and Six Degrees Director James Legge led a “From Tip to Homes: Heller Street, Brunswick” tour, reflecting on the site’s transformation from a former tip to a model example of community-focused infill housing. The tour explored the site’s layered history, design approach, and legacy, with access to one of the homes.

To mark the occasion, we released a three-part video series, Stories of the City – 1 Heller Street, Brunswick, featuring conversations with Damian and James. The series covered the project’s inception, design thinking, and long-term impact.
