Hansen’s Climate Change and Planning in Victoria report recognised in the 2022 PIA Planning Excellence Awards
Hansen’s report “Ensuring Victoria’s planning system effectively tackles climate change” was prepared to inform advocacy for the Greenhouse Alliances Group and The Council Alliance for Sustainable Built Environments (CASBE). The report outlines the intersections between climate change, planning, and the built environment, with changes and recommendations aimed at urgently addressing climate change at local and state levels.
This report has been recognised by the Planning Institute of Australia, receiving a PIA State Award for Planning Excellence in Climate Change and Resilience for Victoria.
