And that’s a wrap on another fantastic Open House Melbourne Weekend.

Our first tour of the weekend took us behind the doors of BVIA on Bank, a workplace that demonstrates the value of thoughtful design and respect for heritage.

A big thank you to everyone who joined us, and to Hansen’s Sandra Rigo, Anne Michaels (sheBuilt) and Claire Scorpo (Agius Scorpo Architects) for sharing the story behind the transformation of a former family cobbler business and bank into the contemporary workplace it is today.

It was fantastic to see so much interest in the project and the conversations it sparked around adaptive reuse, collaboration and creating places with lasting character.
