This week, we’re celebrating Hansen Managing Director, Damian Iles, and an incredible milestone. 25 years with Hansen.

Damian joined Hansen in 2001 as a Planner, rising through Senior Planner, Associate and Director in 2005, before becoming Managing Director in late 2024.

Over the past 25 years, Damian has led with clarity, care and purpose, helping shape our culture, support our people and guide the practice through periods of growth and change. His dedication to Hansen is only rivalled by his firm belief that this is Collingwood’s year.

Damian’s work has played a key role in delivering some of Melbourne’s most innovative housing projects, including our long-standing collaborations with Nightingale Housing, 1 Heller Street and Launch Housing’s Harris Transportable Housing. His deep understanding of planning and commitment to great outcomes continue to influence how we work with our clients, collaborators and each other.
